Partner Programme Terms

1. Introduction

These Partner Programme Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the afrAIca Partner Programme operated by afrAIca PTY Ltd ("afrAIca", "we", "us"). By registering as a Partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are currently in draft form. Full terms will be published before any commercial obligations are imposed on Partners. Partners will be notified and required to re-accept any updated Terms before they take effect.

2. Programme Overview

The afrAIca Partner Programme enables approved organisations ("Partners") to:

  • Access the afrAIca Partner Portal to manage customers and orders
  • Deliver afrAIca products and assessments to their clients on a co-branded basis
  • List their own AI vendor products on the afrAIca Deal Room
  • Earn facilitation fees on referred and managed commercial engagements

3. Partner Tiers

Partners are assigned a portal tier (Basic, Value, Enterprise, or Enterprise Plus) which determines platform limits including team member seats and product listing quotas. Tier assignments are made at afrAIca's discretion and may be upgraded upon request.

4. Facilitation Fees

Partners agree to the facilitation fee structure selected during product submission:

  • Managed Facilitation: 7% of monthly deal value where afrAIca manages the commercial relationship
  • Introduction Only: 5% of concluded deal value where afrAIca facilitates the introduction only

Fee structures are subject to review and Partners will be notified of any changes with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Co-branding

Partners consent to afrAIca using their company name and logo in co-branded materials, assessments, and communications delivered to the Partner's customers on behalf of the Partner. Partners warrant that they have the right to authorise such use of their branding.

6. Data and Privacy

Partners are responsible for ensuring that any customer data submitted to the afrAIca platform is done so with the customer's knowledge and consent. afrAIca's Privacy Policy applies to all data processed on the platform.
